Boost Labs Sells EvolutionM, GTRForums, i-Club, and S-Chassis

    Gaithersburg, Maryland, September 1st, 2008 – Today Boost Labs founder, Ali Allage, signed off on the sale of its four largest automotive social media websites to Internet Brands, a California based company that holds a large stake within the automotive social media industry. The sites that were sold off include:

    EvolutionM.net
    GTRForums.com
    I-Club.com
    S-Chassis.com

    “It was time to move on to other things,” said Allage, “I needed change and if I wasn’t going to manage these sites anymore, I wanted to make sure it went to the right company. I think Internet Brands is that right company.”

    Boost Labs plans on reinventing itself as a new company with a new focus. Once the final decision has been made on a direction, the company will officially announce it.
