S-Chassis, also know as Club240, was created in 2003. As a Nissan 240 community forum, it started very strong within the first year, but the site slowly started to lose traffic to other competitors as well as page rank. The site urgently needed help to pull itself back into the market to establish itself as a credable community for Nissan 240 owners.

What We Found:

This was a classic Cinderella type story. S-Chassis started very strong within the first year and then lost its way. It was a challenge to bring the site back to say the very least. One of the first tasks we undertook as a company was to identify the market the site initially targeted and to understand why the site was losing users. We found that the main reason for the loss of traffic was the lack of care put into the site. During the first year the site was established, traffic numbers were strong because the website owners did everything they could to make user experience the best it could be. Unfortunately, the owners stopped putting effort into the site and the end result was the loss of traffic. We quickly went into action and developed a new plan to bring the site back. Parts of our plan included intensive SEO work, content building, enhancement of features, and targeting creditable sources within the industry to be members of the site. Within one month, the site developed a positive visitor to member conversion and stopped losing memberships. Traffic soared.

Result:

S-Chassis is still recovering from its downfall early on, but is moving forward with new memberships and traffic.
