Sales Executive

Boost Labs is on the lookout for a Sales Executive to join our growing team and work with us to push what is technologically feasible. We are data analysts, innovative coders, and clever designers: we love creating ways to view data and building beautiful visual and technical solutions. The ideal candidate is highly communicative with grade-A verbal persuasion, a quick and strategic thinker, energized by challenging leads, and has a track record of exceeding goals. We’re looking for someone who values strong collaboration, has a firm commitment to accountability, and wants to be the bridge between potential business and a team who wants to build cool shit.

As part of the sales team, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards the overall sales success for the organization by helping with: customer service, new sales, proposal builds, sales presentations, market research, sales strategy, and much more.

What you will do:

  • Actively source for new business opportunities through a variety of prospecting channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
  • Consistently update our HubSpot CRM so that we direct our focus in the right places and effectively build our network.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering on expectations and in achievement of goals.
  • Ability to deliver on sales revenue goals using Sandler Training defined sales processes.
  • Ability to meet and exceed comprehensive and challenging activity goals and sales expectations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Prior success in prospecting, including cold calling, and setting meetings with decision makers.
  • Prior success selling to technical executive levels of large corporations, small and medium-size businesses, and government agencies.
  • A successful history of closing business in industries with long sales cycles (3-6 months on average).
  • A track record of closing new business.
  • Networking and building long term relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building creative technical solutions for prospects.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and overcome objections.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analytics sales or a related industry.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills – can effectively and respectfully communicate within every level at a company.
  • Effective analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills (can gather and analyze data and information and draw conclusions).
  • 5+ years experience in sales and lead-hunting.
